COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Customers, Colleagues, and Collaborators:

At Newormics, we recognize that combating the spread of this new virus requires a global community effort. As we navigate this uncharted landscape together with you, our first concern is to express best wishes for the safety and security of yourselves and your families.

We want to be in touch to let you know that our commitment to supporting your research is unwavering. As now mandated by local officials, our manufacturing facility for vivoChips is now closed until further notice, however we have stocks of chips to meet the current and upcoming needs of our customers.

For the protection of our own research lab staff, Newormics, like many, are limited in the on-site work we can do. We are, however, able to confirm the continuation of technical support for your projects using the vivoChip and vivoCube system.

  • If you currently have a project in progress using the vivoChip, we are happy to establish remote teleconferencing to discuss how we can help with design and conduct of studies, collection of high-resolution images or image analysis. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you have any questions!
  • If you’re looking to remotely engage in a new project, reach out to us today at support@newormics.com to see how we can help! We’re able to set up a remote teleconference to work together to come up with a plan that can help keep your important work progressing, despite these challenging times. We have new application notes being posted on germline studies, neurotoxicology, and labelled protein aggregation. Upcoming application notes describe the use of the vivoChip for developmental and reproductive toxicology. We are happy to brainstorm with you on other novel applications as well.
  • We would be happy to set up a re-training teleconference at no charge to refresh you on operation of the equipment to re-start your work.

We hope all of you remain safe and healthy.

Best Regards,

Adela Ben-Yakar
CEO and Co-Founder
